"Antique vehicle" refers to a motor vehicle at least 25 years of age, which is powered by an engine of the same make and model as its original motor. An antique vehicle must be maintained only for recreational use such as shows, parades, or exhibitions; it is not used primarily for the transportation of persons or goods.
"Classic vehicle" means a motor vehicle of unique or rare design, 15-24 years of age, of limited production, and maintained only for recreational use such as exhibitions, parades and other public functions; it is not used primarily for the transportation of persons or goods.
